Class completes NowInfinity integration early

Class NowInfinity integration

The integration of documentation service provider NowInfinity into the organisational structure of Class is now complete.

Specialist SMSF administration and software firm Class has completed its integration with document provider NowInfinity, which it acquired in February, ahead of schedule.

The development means the departures of NowInfinity founders Amreeta Abbott and Vitalii Symon from the business can occur immediately.

“We believe the future of Class is improved by the addition of the NowInfinity business and that is entirely down to Amreeta and Vitalii and their vision for solving pain points for clients,” Class chief executive Andrew Russell said.

“Working with the NowInfinity leadership team through this process has been a very rewarding experience and we wish both of them only the best for their future endeavours.

“They are incredible entrepreneurs and are able to build solutions to make their clients’ lives simpler and more automated, and we are excited to see what they will do in the future.”

Abbott pointed out she is now able to focus on other projects as the objective of transferring organisational knowledge and NowInfinity’s future plans to Class has been achieved.

“I leave now with both achieved ahead of expectation and proud of what we have delivered,” she said.

“I would like to take the opportunity to thank the Class team for all their work and support in recent months, and I’m excited to see how the business and its ecosystem continues to evolve. The future is bright for Class and its clients.”

Class said the NowInfinity acquisition and integration was part of its reimagination strategy designed to increase its presence as a technology provider.

At the time Class purchased NowInfinity, Abbott was appointed to the role of chief growth officer.

Both Abbott and Symon will remain significant shareholders in Class.

In March, Class appointed Alexis Rouch as its chief technology officer.
