Brian Hor has joined Townsends Business and Corporate Lawyers as its superannuation and estate planning special counsel.
Hor brings over 25 years’ experience to the legal firm, having worked in areas such as taxation, trusts, superannuation and estate planning.
He has previously served on Australian Taxation Office (ATO) and Financial Planning Association technical committees and as a partner with PricewaterhouseCoopers for three years, and has authored tax/estate planning articles.
“Brian brings a wealth of experience to our firm in his fields of excellence. His appointment is especially timely as we’re about to launch our new estate planning offering and early indications are that demand for the service will be high,” Townsends principal Peter Townsend said.
