The open-book nature of the FASEA adviser exam will not make it easier for advisers, who have been warned they have limited time to pass the mandatory exercise.

Advisers will not be required to complete a year’s worth of CPD by the end of June, but still must have a plan in place by the end of this month.

FASEA has updated the legislative instrument related to older education programs, including the FPA’s CFP designation.
