Hub24 subsidiary and specialist compliance and legal document provider NowInfinity has improved its offering to accountants, financial advisers and legal professionals, with a series of enhancements to take place over a number of years.
Specifically, the multi-year program announced today will involve providing a larger number of documents in the Document Suite feature, integration with the myprosperity application and an upgrade of the overall user experience.
The move has been designed to boost operational efficiencies for professionals and improve the experience of their clients.
One of the key features of the move is the addition of a new identity and verification solution (ID&V). This service has been included to assist financial professionals with their obligations under Tranche 2 of the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing (AML/CTF) framework coming into effect on 1 July.
All data associated with the ID&V will be supported by ATO Digital Service Provider accreditation and ISO 27001 certification and will be stored in Australia. Further, it will be fortified by the NowInfinity independently audited security framework.
This service will only be available for subscribers.
Class, NowInfinity and myprosperity chief executive Tim Steele emphasised the significance of the AML/CTF requirements about to be applicable for a greater number of financial services practitioners driving the inception of the ID&V.
“ID&V represents a major shift in how financial professionals manage onboarding, risk assessment and ongoing monitoring, including how decisions and evidence are recorded and retained,” Steele explained.
He indicated the use of the resources, such as expertise and scale, available within Hub24 Group has allowed NowInfinity to develop innovative tools, such as the ID&V, faster that should deliver enhanced client outcomes and efficiencies for financial professionals.
As at 31 December 2025, NowInfinity serviced 25 per cent of company establishments in the industry. The business arm of Hub24 offers the Corporate Messenger, Documentation Suite, Super Comply and Trust Register facilities.
