SuperMate improves user functionality

SuperMate SMSF administration

The functionality available on the SuperMate SMSF administration platform has been enhanced with improved user access to key information.

SMSF administration software provider SuperConcepts has improved the functionality of its SuperMate platform with the introduction of a new trustee dashboard feature allowing them access to key information and a new communications channel.

SuperMate Client View has been introduced to further simplify the administration of SMSFs and small Australian Prudential Regulation Authority funds.

“The new Client View empowers administrators using SuperMate to grant end trustees a personalised SuperMate login and commanding dashboard that expedites the end-of-year lodgement process through efficient query handling,” SuperConcepts chief technology officer Andy Forbes explained.

He noted the latest development is a reflection of the firm’s philosophy.

“Our software is built with the end user in mind, originating from decades’ fine-tuning what and how trustees want to view their data. Designed for administrators, accountants, and advisers, the software simplifies SMSF administration with its intuitive interface, thoughtful design, and cutting-edge features, such as automated compliance checks, integrated reporting, and robust data analysis tools,” he said.

SuperConecepts chief executive Matthew Rowe pointed out the functionality added to the SuperMate platform confirmed the organisation’s goal of improving the servicing of clients.

“The introduction of SuperMate Client View demonstrates our commitment to better serve our clients as a privately-owned business, providing subscribers with a comprehensive tool to inform, engage, and streamline the end-of-year query process,” Rowe noted.

The move comes on the back of 20 software releases and 250 improvements to the SuperMate software since the existing SuperConcepts management team acquired the business from previous owner AMP.

Further, Forbes revealed the innovation being applied to SuperMate was set to continue in the immediate future with more developments to be implemented in the immediate-term incorporating the concept of open banking.

“Our team of specialists is working on improved corporate actions, broker feeds, workflow and a pilot of ACSISS 2 Adviser for massively extended bank feeds,” he shared.

The latest news comes after the SuperMate pricing structure was amended in May.
