Specialist document provider LightYear Docs has broadened the scope of its services with the addition of We Love Group to its operations.
We Love Group will allow LightYear Docs to increase its interaction with the accounting and financial advices sectors and will work alongside legal document provider Abbott & Mourly Lawyers.
In particular, the inclusion of We Love Group has already allowed LightYear Docs to launch a range of human resources documents. The new service consists of over 130 HR documents.
“We are very committed to growing the LightYear Group brand and service offering and are looking forward to bringing on this new partnership,” LightYear Group director Ashleigh Jaremyn said.
“Our new offer includes everything from contractor agreements to commencement of employment, through to termination of employment and an extensive range of HR policies. We see that this addition expands our resources and further positions our group to increase our market share in line with our strategic plans.”
LightYear Group founder Grant Abbott noted this latest development for the company will strengthen its position in the market.
“The addition of another documentation provider to work alongside Abbott & Mourly only provides further strength, diversification and governance risk reduction for our shareholders,” Abbott said.
The inclusion of We Love Group will mean LightYear Docs will at a later date also provide educational webinars covering topics such as employee share plans, short-term incentive plans, staff recruitment and employee recognition.
Specifically, We Love Group provides business-to-business solutions, such as the outsourcing of staff resources through We Love Accounting, outsourced bookkeeping services through We Love Book Keeping, SMSF administration and outsourcing services through We Love SMSF, lending and brokerage services to SMSFs through We Love Loans and legal services, such as conveyancing, through We Love Legal/Eventum Optimum.
