Class has announced the appointment of four new general managers for its suite of products under a new operating model overseen by incoming Class chief executive Tim Steele.
The new operating model will align business lines to Class and NowInfinity client propositions, and responsibility for the support of HUBconnect will transition into the Class business.
Former head of business services Gary Cox has been appointed as Class general manager overseeing Class Super, Class Portfolio and Class Trust, and Tracy Williams, previously Class head of operations, has been appointed as NowInfinity general manager.
Class head of technical services Tom Sargent will step into the role of Data/HUBconnect general manager, while SMSF expert and entrepreneur Jo Hurley has been recruited externally as Class growth general manager.
Hurley will lead a team working with current customers and partners, as well as building relationships and propositions for new customer segments.
Class chief solutions officer Panos Alexandratos, who has been with the company for eight years, will continue in his role and remain part of the Class leadership team.
Steele, who began in his role on 1 August, said the appointments marked the start of a new operating model for Class.
“Having participated in the interview process in recent weeks, I am delighted to announce several key appointments to the Class leadership team as we embed our new operating model led by a passionate, innovative and customer-focused leadership team,” he said.
“The appointments are testament to the capability we have within Class, as well as our ability to attract great talent to our business.
“The new appointments will position our business and our people to deliver on our strategy, including focusing on our core SMSF capabilities and enhancing our market-leading solutions.
“We will be working closely with our colleagues at Hub24 to develop innovative solutions that deliver great outcomes for our customers and collaborating with industry partners to grow the SMSF market.”
