SuperConcepts has promoted two long-serving staffers following the redesign and rollout of its SMSF administration software, SuperMate.
The specialist SMSF software provider has promoted Maureen Mowatt to software customer services executive manager, where she will be responsible for leading the onboarding, support and ongoing success of SuperConcepts’ software clients.
Mowatt has been with SuperConcepts for 18 years and chief technology officer Andy Forbes said the promotion recognises her contributions in that time.
“Maureen plays a pivotal role in not only spearheading our migration concierge service for new users, but supporting many of our Classic clients make the switch to SuperMate,” Forbes said.
The company also promoted Rhys Hopper to product design manager, where he will lead the software product team.
“Rhys has been instrumental in the redesign and streamlining of the new web-based SuperMate and is a valued member of the product team,” Forbes said.
“His lengthy background in SMSF administration and software design, 11 years of which he has spent with SuperConcepts, puts him in great stead to lead our team of talented designers.
“It’s been a really exciting year for the team overall and I’m proud that we have such great internal candidates helping lead us into the future.”
