The SuperMate administration software platform is now servicing 1500 SMSFs a few months after the launch of the latest version of the service.

SMSF administration software platform SuperMate has achieved a significant milestone of servicing 1500 funds a few months after the most recent version of the application was launched.

SuperConcepts released the current version of SuperMate in February, which included improved data feeds and documentation recognition capabilities.

“We know we’ve got the most exciting software in the market right now and it’s great to see that so many businesses have shown confidence in our product,” SuperConcepts chief technology officer Andy Forbes said.

According to SuperConcepts, the latest iteration of SuperMate has adopted a greater level of automation and a more intuitive interface allowing it to extract information from documents in an easier fashion, in turn leading to improved efficiency for its users.

Further, the migration of clients across to the SuperMate service has been made more seamless and less painful for practitioners.

“SuperMate’s onboarding process, which has been a strong focus throughout the development, has well and truly been put to the test and is backed by our migration concierge team,” Forbes revealed.

“We’re very confident in our ability to deliver a fast transition to SuperMate, so much so that we’re looking at how we can implement a guarantee scheme to this effect.”

Silvestri Chartered Accountants principal Daniel Silvestri said his organisation has already noticed increases in productivity since becoming a user of the latest version of SuperMate and was specifically complimentary about the transition process to the new service.

“The migration process was surprisingly smooth and the dedicated support the firm has received from our customer success manager has made onboarding seamless,” Silvestri said.

SuperConcepts predicted that in the coming weeks SuperMate will likely service more than 2000 SMSFs.

Further, the company reaffirmed its commitment to innovation, which will translate into additional developments contributing to the development of the administration software platform.
