The annual SMSF Professionals Day co-hosted by SuperConcepts and selfmanagedsuper will this year be delivered on a digital platform, allowing practitioners from all states and territories the chance to come together and glean valuable strategies and insights for their clients as they move into 2021.
The theme for this year’s event is 2020 Vision and it is to be held on 27 October.
“We understand that 2020 has been a highly challenging year for all Australians, which makes this year’s SMSF Professionals Day all the more important,” SuperConcepts growth general manager Annette Sheppard said.

A variety of topics will be covered on the day, such as the latest legislation, the effect of divorce, disability and death on SMSFs, and COVID-19 audit requirements, with a question and answer forum rounding out the event.
The well-recognised and respected SuperConcepts team headed by SMSF technical and private wealth executive manager Graeme Colley and SMSF technical and strategic solutions executive manager Philip La Greca will be delivering the presentations for the event.
They will be ably supported by Melbourne-based SMSF technical support executive manager Nicholas Ali and SMSF technical specialist Anthony Cullen from Adelaide.
The agenda also includes a session covering one of the most popular SMSF asset classes, property, which will see the SuperConcepts team joined by Thinktank commercial property finance director Per Amundsen and Thinktank investments business development manager Lauren Ryan.
