Former PwC director of private clients Liz Westover has been appointed as a partner at Deloitte.
Westover, who is an expert on SMSFs, superannuation and retirement savings, joined Deloitte this month after leaving PwC in December last year.
She joined PwC to assist the firm in bolstering its SMSF practice and was responsible for developing SMSF-specific services for the growing number of PwC clients leaning towards the sector.
Prior to her role at PwC, she was head of super at Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand. She departed this role in November 2015 after six years with the body.
She said on LinkedIn she was “very proud and excited to be joining Deloitte Private” as a new partner.
