SuperConcepts has added property data firm CoreLogic’s PropertyHub to its Connected Services portal for all SuperMate software trustee and SMSF administration clients.
The integration gives SuperConcepts administration clients and SuperMate users one-click access to create a CoreLogic account inside the Connected Services portal.
SuperConcepts chief technology officer Kurt Groeneveld said: “With one click you can order property valuations and other property-related products and also receive status notifications all within a single-view hub for trustees to manage their SMSF.”
The addition will assist SMSF trustees with property held in their fund as it requires valuations for compliance every three years.
“If an SMSF is looking to invest in property, it means they no longer have to go to real estate agents or Google manually,” Groeneveld said.
“They can get valuations directly from the Connected Services portal.”
CoreLogic banking and finance client director Jonathan Hawkins said: “This is a great opportunity for two industry leaders to make compliance issues easy for SMSFs and we’re thrilled to be a part of helping trustees better manage their funds.”
CoreLogic’s connected services include automatic valuations, CoreLogic’s desktop valuation solution EVR, building inspection reports, timber pest inspection reports and depreciation reports.
SuperConcepts recently introduced Connected Services as an online investment product marketplace to allow SMSF members to access products and services from third-party providers.
