The publication also provides a look into the future of digital SMSF administration, along with case studies of digital SMSF administrators.
According to the first chapter, the increased compliance workload and shift to real-time event-based reporting combined is a huge, disruptive change from annual reporting that will challenge even the most sophisticated accounting practice.
At the same time, as accountants’ traditional revenue sources decline, the pressure on accountants to replace that money from other sources, such as SMSF administration, increases where they have not typically charged full value for their services, the eBook said.
