DomaCom crowdfunding integrates with Domain

Fractional investment company DomaCom has announced an agreement with Domain to integrate the full range of Domain property listings into DomaCom’s crowdfunding platform in a bid to take it mainstream.

The integration would fast-track DomaCom’s strategy to target the consumer market directly and to scale up crowdfunding campaigns to target millennials, the firm said.

It would also integrate Domain insights into the DomaCom crowdfunding platform to provide investors with market intelligence when deciding to begin or join a crowdfunding campaign for a property, and would also provide enhanced analytics to investors, it noted.

DomaCom chief executive Arthur Naoumidis said the integration of DomaCom’s crowdfunding platform and Domain’s property listing data would enable gen Ys to enter the property market by crowdfunding a property of their choice with their family or friends.

“Additionally, this innovation will give property owners access to the new crowdfunding revolution simply by listing their properties on Domain and at the same time open up a vast new pool of potential investors to the DomaCom platform,” Naoumidis said.
