NowInfinity undergoes restructure

Cloud-based documentation provider NowInfinity has completed a restructure that will boost its executive management and operations and ready the company for fintech growth.

Under the revamp, NowInfinity principal Grant Abbott will formally leave the business, however, he will continue to work via a partnership agreement with the firm on SMSF platform activities such as delivering his regular online webinars to the SMSF industry.

The restructure includes a partnership with Future Now Ventures, headed by John Orrock, who co-founded advisory and technology services company Cloud Sherpas, which was sold to Accenture last year.

NowInfinity chief executive Amreeta Abbott said the new relationship was an important growth play for the firm as the business recognised it had many broader opportunities and required a restructure in order to take advantage of them.

“The partnership with Future Now Ventures, combined with our current client base, industry partners, leading product suite and balance sheet, enables us to scale and seize the substantial opportunities before us,” Abbott said.

“I am pleased to have John and his team on board as we move forward with our growth plans.

“His global experience with enterprise cloud business applications and overall technology expertise is unrivalled.”

Orrock said he was excited about working with NowInfinity to help the business realise its full growth potential.

“We have been on the sidelines with NowInfinity for two years through our technology outsourcing firm,” he said.

“It is a scalable cloud documentation platform business that is ripe for expansion and I’m delighted to be involved in that process.”

NowInfinity is used by accounting, financial adviser and super administration firms.

The offering assists users with corporate compliance, including administration and fee management, SMSF compliance, document management and data integrity.
