Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CAANZ) is still searching for a new head of superannuation but has revealed it will officially commence the recruitment process for the role.
A CAANZ spokesperson confirmed to selfmanagedsuper: “We will shortly begin to recruit for the position vacated by Liz Westover”.
Super Central superannuation consultant Tony Negline is currently acting in the role.
Westover left the body on 4 November to relocate to Melbourne.
Her move ended a six year stint with CAANZ.
On 27 November, PwC announced it had hired Westover as its Private Clients director, as part of its plans to bolster its SMSF practice.
