Administration software specialist BGL will launch its cloud-based Simple Fund 360 application on 19 March.
At this time, both existing BGL clients and new clients will be able to access Simple Fund 360 for a cost of $80 per year excluding GST.
According to BGL, it had already received a commitment to use the new application from over 50,000 SMSFs.
Migration to the new system has been made easy, regardless of the level of automation currently employed by the fund administrator, as data can be either electronically transferred or manually inputted with a view to implementing automated data feeds at a future date.
In addition, data conversions from all other SMSF software applications are available.
The application has incorporated close to 100 data feeds from banks, fund managers and stockbrokers.
“BGL has developed our own bank data, contract note data and registry data feeds over the past 18 months and these are all fully integrated in Simple Fund 360,” BGL managing director Ron Lesh said.
The ability to operate using digital signatures is another feature of the new application, allowing documents to be created, viewed and authorised in a paperless fashion.
