SMSF administration platform provider Class Super is rolling out its new user interface facility to all of its existing customers.
The move comes as a result of positive feedback received after the official launch of the new user interface capability on 17 February.
“Our new browser access further entrenches Class Super as a market leader in the era of cloud accounting,” Class Super chief executive David Smith said.
“The new application empowers accountants and superannuation administrators by providing them with all the tools they need to administer SMSFs in a web browser.
“It gives them the freedom to work anywhere, any time, and the ability to respond quickly to clients and provide superior service.”
Smith said the portability of the service meant SMSF advisers could have constant access to elements such as automatic property valuations, actuarial certificate integration and direct-connect data feeds.
Clients wanting to switch over to the new service will not need to undergo any migration activities as access to their existing data will be available via a web browser login.
While Class Super is not expecting any clients to go back to the Windows-based application once they have used the new user interface facility, the ability to do so exists and the organisation remains committed to servicing the traditional platform for as long as it is needed.
To help ensure a smooth transition for users, Class Super has established a training program and series of webinars related to the new user interface service.
